I retained Torgenson Law Office as a result of being attacked by a neighbor's dog, while out on an evening walk. Right from the beginning, I found the Torgenson Law team to be very responsive and competent on the legal aspects of an injury incurred from a dog attack. And I was ultimately very satisfied with the results of their efforts. As an added plus, I was impressed on how they have incorporated technology to exchange and store electronic docs and to do electronic signing. Very efficient! I was in an accident in September 2022 and the other driver was found to be at fault. However, my own insurance company (Progressive) treated me as if I caused the accident. The adjuster tried to rush me through the process and get me to sign off and agree to terms that I knew in my gut weren't right. I was referred to Torgenson Law by a friend of my mother, who had been in an accident and used their services. He said they were a small firm that handled his case really well. I took his advice and gave them a call. By the end of my first phone call with them, I knew I had made the right decision. They answered every question I had with a level of confidence that can only come from one thing- successful experience. Every person I spoke to at this law firm was always polite, courteous and professional; but most importantly, they care about the outcome of your case! My attorney was Hunter Instine and his legal assistant was Chris Jensen and between the two of them, I always knew exactly what was going on with my case. Never once was I given the impression that I was "just another client" or that they saw me as just a client number, unlike many of the larger big name firms out there. I can't thank them enough for the way they handled my case. This firm exemplifies the way a case should be handled. Torgenson Law is the ONLY firm I would refer or recommend to anyone that is seeking a personal injury law firm to handle their case, hands down.

Torgenson Law took care of me in ways only a family member would. They fought to get me the most for my mental and physical injuries. It was a long road to recovery, but I felt as though I had a hand to guide me every step of the way. They helped me find the right Dr.s, physical therapists and even handled all my medical bills as they piled in. There was never anything they couldn't handle.
