I was having a huge issue with Progressive completing the full repairs for my Jeep after my accident and I contacted Torgenson Law. When I called I spoke to Corina and she was very nice and automatically made me feel comfortable. Working with Paul and John during my case was the easiest, I wish I would've called them initially. John had a diminished value specialist take a look at my vehicle after the body shops worked on it to ensure that they did a good job. I was really worried about the mechanical work on the vehicle and John bringing Bob in was just what I needed to ease my mind that my Jeep was 100% safe again. I'm really glad I called Torgenson Law for my case they all worked diligently and made sure that I was satisfied with all the results along the way. I worked with John and his team at Torgenson Law after an unfortunate motor vehicle accident. In the very first consultation, he came across as an extremely knowledgeable attorney while patiently explaining us the entire insurance claim process. During the various steps of documentation, filling and negotiation, he kept us thoroughly informed; and promptly answered every question we had. I was not liable for any payments towards the law firm, they literally took care of all the paperwork and medical bill payments.
