The staff & attorneys at Torgerson Law were very helpful in getting me a settlement from a car accident that I was involved in. They got me almost 3 times as much as what was offered to me. I was extremely pleased by their professionalism in handling my case. They had to jump through hoops to get my medical records released from the VA, that even I was having trouble accessing. Hands down the greatest, most efficient and easy law process I've ever been a part of. I can not begin to recommend Torgenson Law enough. If I could give 10 stars and be interviewed on TV for them - I would in a heartbeat. Ha. I am a real client, and genuinely mean these words of praise, along with the review below. In April of 2024 I was involved in a very serious dog attack in Mesa, AZ. Multiple dogs, numerous police and firefighters/EMT's, aggressive dogs needing to be put down at the scene, ambulance rush to the ER - the whole nine yards. Just intense and traumatizing all around for everyone involved on the whole street. I was incredibly anxious about picking the right law firm to help me navigate the coming months; all the medical bills, all the vet bills (the pit bulls who attacked me, also got my little pup!), just the whole legal process. I didn't want to make the wrong choice, and end up in an even worse financial spot months later, holding the bag. It felt truly overwhelming. Until I found Torgenson Law. After interviewing law firms for a week, I felt really comfortable with Torgenson. They were kind, down to earth - and very straight forward. I never felt like I was being "sold". Their prices/percentages were fair and even with the market. They never once - even during the settlement - took advantage of me or the situation. Fast forward 3.5 months - and I just signed my settlement, receiving payment in a few days! The speed of the process is impressive in it's own right. I just couldn't be happier with the entire process. Torgenson was extremely communicative throughout the entire ordeal - shout out Karina, Hunter and Candice! - and really went the extra mile for my settlement. That's not just hyperbole. It never felt like I was a number in line, and they were just doing the bare minimum to get their cut and ship me off. They felt like close, trusted advisors, were always available to answer any questions I had, and really took the time to make sure I was completely informed of my options and what they were doing on my behalf. They even got me a little extra in the end with some savy negotiating!
