George Pena was my lawyer when I was going through a contentious divorce. The time I met George was probably one of the hardest times of my life. My ex-wife asked the judge for everything an ex-wife could have wanted. The result was that I had full custody of our son with her having limited, supervised visitation and her paying child support. George couldn't have been more personable, understanding and ethical. I found myself to feel very comfortable opening up to him about the history and finding sensible strategies to resolve my conflict with my ex-wife.

Mr Pena (Jr.) was my chpt 7 attorney in 2016. He was solid, professional, and the best guide for me when many things in my personal life , and the then pending chpt 7 were a "mess". His firm is affordable, and a must hire for anyone considering a bankruptcy. I'd highly recommend Pena.
