Woken up early on a weekday because they have people doing landscaping at 6am. It’s November and this lot is empty daily. Extremely rude to the surrounding homes around this business!

Mr Peña - ultra professional, helped me with my BK in 2016. His law firm is ideal for individuals and small business owners. I recommend him and his firm. Totally professional, friendly and skilled at very cumbersome and unaware people in major debt and despair. Thumbs up completely!

DO NOT GO WITH TORKLAW ⚠️ It’s took these people 3 years to finish my car accident case. Both cars were totaled and I was not at fault. I got almost nothing out of it that I should’ve gotten. It’s unbelievable…my friend that was in the car with me got her case done in 7 months and got more than I did ( she went with Hastings & Hastings ) She also didn’t have to do any of the foot work. 3 phone calls in those 7 months and it was done….ME ? I basically handled my own case ! I did so much foot work It felt like I was holding their hands through it. I made this mistake and if I could take it back I would sincerely. This is a cheap a** company. You’d get better care at Walmart than here DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE ! ⚠️

I would definitley recommend TorkLaw to everyone and anyone i know and even dont know. TorkLaw helped me when i was down and out after my car accident. They made sure i was ok and was keeping up with my doctors appointments and anything else i needed. I never had to go to a court building or see inside a court room. Torklaw did all that. When i got the phone call from them to let me know they settled my case, i about tripped and fell. They told me they got the max amount from my policy. Way more than what i thought i was gonna get. Mr. Pina’s work speaks for itself. I was stress free throughout the whole process. He explained everything in the best of terms and never forgot to always layout out all my options. I couldn’t be happier with his service, I completely trust him. I would not go with any other lawyer! When I was writing this review, I noticed there were stranglers who didn't get their way and decided to be rude. Trust me when I say he was very punctual.

Carmen Gosselin is amazing. She is informative, straightforward, no nonsense as well as compassionate and understanding of her clients needs. She takes the time needed with her clients to fully understand the needs and demands of each individual person/case. High recommend don’t hire lawyer him. He don’t care about your wishes. I’m deaf and he being ignorant and don’t get an interpreter for me. And I’m loss my case. Don’t hire him. Find other better lawyer better.
