I was recommended to Carmen Gosselin by attorney Brian Sloan, who was at first my attorney. I was fighting a DUI case in Scottsdale, Arizona due to my blood coming back as a .090 intoxication rate. Brian had my blood retested and it came back as a .087, so I decided to take my case to trial. I was then introduced to Carmen to go forth and take over my case while going to trial, and it was the perfect fit for me. Being a 22 year old girl and not knowing everything about the law, Carmen made it easy to understand. I ended up winning my trial and due to Carmens expertise on bringing my trial to reality to the Jury is what led us to victory. The defense attorney for the state went on and on about the rules and laws within the state of Arizona. Carmen brought into play facts about my case while keeping it commercial length to keep the juries attention without overwhelming him with too much information. I am so grateful to of worked with Carmen and I'm even more grateful that I don't have all the payments from a DUI.

After being put in contact with Carmen, I was still a little hopeless about my situation. I had been waiting in my car for a friend to pick me up after leaving a friend's house one night, fell asleep, and woke up to an extreme DUI. From the get go, Carmen was persistent and confident in my case, which was the complete opposite where I stood. Her positive energy changed my outlook, and with her help, all my DUI charges were dismissed. Upon signing my plea to a minor in consumption of alcohol, Carmen continued to be of assistance to me. I've tried several times to offer up my opinion of Carman Gosselin,in order to express my appreciation and recognition of a lawyer who is working on a case of mine. Unfortunately, on past attempts, my reviews never made it to the site and I put it on the back burner, hopefully this will make it to print.First let me say in my sixtey some years of dealing with lawyers I've had more bad then good memories to reflect back on.However, in my dealings with Ms. Gosselin, I felt it my obligation to recognize this lawyer for what she is, a true proffesional in her feild. I must admit these days it's refreshing to come accross someone so dedicated to her proffesion.In all my dealings with her I have found her to go the extra mile to insure justice is served.In the many months that she has represented me I have never had a problem contacting her, on the many occasions where it was necessary to leave a voicemail message she always returned my call promptly. She is extemely knowledgable and very willing to address any concerns I have.I have taken the time to watch her in action by watching her in court defending someone I didn't know when she was with the Public Defenders office. I must admit, it was because of that case and the way she handled herself that when it became necessary for me to obtain legal counsel I sought her out. I was pleased to find out that she had opted to branch out, and opened her own practice.It was gratifying to see a young proffesionable who obviously paid her dues to get to the point of being able to open her own practice.I was pleasantly surprised after finding out she was on her own. Needless to say, after meeting face to face and reaffirming my belief that there are some good lawyers out there I signed her up for my defense. I must confess it was because of her attitude and the way she looks out for me that my opinion of the legal field has changed, for the better. I only wish there were more lawyers like her, she clearly has my best interest in mind when representing me. In my opinion she is in it to win it, unlike most attorneys these days, who are only in it for the bucks and would rather plead you out then take the time and seek justice be served

I had the pleasure of meeting Carmen while she was defending my wife in a criminal case. My wife and I both had the same charges, only different lawyers. My lawyer had been in practice for longer than Carmen but did not have half the knowledge or fight that Carmen had. My lawyer got me a plea and seemed to do very little. Carmen worked My wife's case VERY diligently and always kept us in the loop. Reviewing the case and constantly providing facts to the D/A prior to having to go to trial. Ultimately Carmen got my wife's case dismissed . When i search for representation I want someone who is willing to fight for me. Carmen displayed such confidence in her ability to fight and win this case that we knew she was going to exceed our expectations and surpass the benchmark my lawyer had set. I recommend Carmen over any other lawyer practicing law.
