Ms. Jakobe is hands down the best defense attorney I have ever worked with. I personally have not been represented by Rich, but my fiance was just recently. My fiance has 6 prior felonies and was facing a misconduct involving weapons charge as a prohibited possesor. This usually means definite prison time. Which would have destroyed our family. We have a business, a child, and a baby on the way. We shopped around and spoke with numerous attorneys.
