This is the classic liar lawyer situation. Herberto answered the phone. The website says initial consultation is free. Herberto said it’s going to cost $250
On the website, they say the reviews are 4.8 out of five star but clearly everybody can see it at a 4.6 or potentially low now
This is exactly the stereotype trash that you would imagine from lawyers.
I wouldn’t use these guys if they were the only choice. I only had a 1 minute conversation with the secretary Herberto and that was enough for me to know I need to stay clear.

Truly grateful for the expertise of Brett Turley and Janet Rocha! My family member should have received a 16+ year sentence and it was brought down to 18 months! We were shocked and relieved to hear the sentencing from the judge all thanks to Brett’s representation and making my family member seem human. We are so thankful for his hard work and dedication to the case and for making the trip to Tucson. Any questions we had, we knew we could count on Janet to answer them. Thank you all so much!!!
