In need of a legal help quickly, we started looking online at Criminal Lawyers that would take on our type of case. We talked with many attorneys who were either not able to take on the case, didn’t do the type of casework, or were simply very negative about the situation. When we contacted Richard Gaxiola he answered our phone call and listened to all we had to say. After our conversation and getting a better understanding of what needed to be done, Richard set up a weekend meeting to discuss the case further, impressive! When meeting Richard we knew immediately he was the right choice for the case. I was very pleased with the services of Alcock and Associates and especially my attorney C. Ryan Curry. The staff at Alcock were very friendly and courteous and always willing to point me in the right direction and take messages as appropriate. Ryan was very easy to contact. I was able to call Alcock, his cell phone, or his assistant. In fact, I was able to E-mail Ryan, and he would always return my E-mails the next day. Ryan was flexible and willing to schedule appointments with me if I needed them. Ryan was very patient and very willing to answer all questions; I did not feel pressured or rushed at all. Alcock & Associates P.C. really did help me with my case and they made the experience straightforward and very helpful. I would never believe it if I was not living proof, of the representation Lincoln Green has not done and completely undone. Families depend on the help and relief of an Attorney presenting their delema, the issues at hand, and want the best effort to make the most difficult situation better than the day before. Lincoln Green really does not care about a positive healthy outcome for the Children and the Parents. This makes me realize that its about the guarantee pay check. The longer they stay in Court and get paid by the System the longer they will lie to the Courts instead of presenting the truth. I guess since it is not his child or himself with the emptiness and loss he is ok with being a manipulative, unreliable, sneaky, untruthful Attorney. The fortunate part is I have evidence to prove this and maybe next time he will rethink being a fraud for the Party and the Children he Represents. I have no time for liers and people that think they will get away with doing wrong especially when it comes to the Children and the truth ! Please realize " WE THE PEOPLE " would not get away with this behavior so why should he especially Representing Families in Juvenile and/ or Family Court.

I am currently working with Lincoln he is empathetic, has good insight and is always professional. He is busy with his work load, but manages really well. I feel he has a wide array of experience and knowledge. His passion for justice shows and I feel he is inclined to make things happen to ensure people are not wrongfully accused based on unreliable sources and false allegations.
