Horrible experience with this so called law firm. The staff is totally unprofessional and careless for their clients. Sometimes your better off going with a public defender vs’s paying lawyers as these who will only take your money and not do their job. This lawyer lied repeatedly, he promised to appear in court and never showed. There were so many promises that were broken and could have affected my relatives life in the process. Luckily we opted out and went with a public defender. It was insane to think that my niece knew more then they did. They couldn’t even do something as simple as to getting her booking number. The littlest things that they should have access to especially in their profession and with authority they didn’t make useful , they did absolutely NOTHING BUT TAKE OUR MONEY. In the end they were even charging for simple text messages that were exchanged back and fourth. Please be advised and stay away. The reviews here are absolutely fraudulent as we know through our experience that they are horrible at what they do. I posted the picture to prove that they were paid and I wish I had all the messages that were exchanged between my niece and these people. She will post her evidence as to this bad experience if she hasn’t yet done so. We are currently taking action on suing this firm and we really hope anyone reading this takes our advise.

Bretton Barber was always very quick to respond and advise me during my case, and always available to talk on the phone and answer questions. He helped me write a letter of explanation and even helped me prepare for the interview with the investigator. I was always well informed of the proceedings process and what to expect in a timely manner. From the get go this firm was very attentive and responsive. I filled out a brief questionnaire on their website and got a phone call the very next day from Nabil. He was very easy going, very easy to talk to and very professional. We agreed to meet the next day and wasn’t put on some waitlist for an appointment. That gave me hope that the process would go as quickly as possible.
