I originally hired Arja because she made time for me right away even though she seemed busy and I am 100% happy with my decision. I was kept well informed of the process and they immediately got back to me with any questions I had. I've had bad experiences with lawyers in the past but she was ultra professional and got a favorable outcome for me. She made sure a stupid decision didn't affect the rest of my life.
