My wife's comment before mine is the reason I give this rating. I feel like this office has taken our money and not been helpful. She has been consistently needing to check on the status herself and needed to go into their office to talk to someone. At the moment I'm very disappointed as this office had such a good reputation when we started the process.

Our initial visit was very good and welcoming. The person that helped us gave us all info needed. We had some communication issues with former employees however Nick Alcock reached out to us directly to talk to us and has regained our trust. He is a good person and cares about every client. We appreciate him taking the time to help.

Kristina Matthews and her assistant Siobhan Watts were the answers to our prayers in searching for help for me and my children.
