Kelly Law Team in Phoenix is the place to go if you need help from an accident. Cliff, who helped my Mom and I out from our accident, was amazing from the beginning to the end. An accident was not in our agenda at all, like they never are, but we were VERY pleased with the amazing service we got from Cliff. The whole staff made us feel very comfortable and safe to have our case in their hands. Hoping we don't have an accident again, but if anything were to happen in the future, we will definitely be coming back to Cliff and Kelly Law Team!

I want to take a minute to show my appreciation and recommendation for the Kelly Law Team. I had never been involved in any type of vehicle collisions until I was recently hit on the highway by another driver. Clifford Frisbie and Ivette Urzua took away a mountain of stress in this difficult time in my life. When my accident happened, I was unsure if I should get representation to help with my claim or do it on my own. I can confidently say I could have never done the work or came to the outcome that we did without this team and their dedication and work on my case. From my conversations with Clifford, I knew I could trust his expertise to arrive at the highest settlement possible that was a fair representation for what I went through. In addition, she on numerous occasions went out of her way by offering to come meet me at my office during and after her busy work day to help notarize documents and even get my closure letter and settlement check earlier. This gesture was extremely thoughtful and alleviated the anxiety of having to find a way to change my schedule in order to go into their office. She always met me with a smile and a willingness to go above and beyond. I reached out to John Kelly in late 2014. I was reeling from my first arrest let alone that being a felony. This guy was amazing from the get go. I can honestly say he was attentive and truly cared about my case. Fast forward 8 years.... John was successfully able to negotiate a plea agreement in my favor. Keep in mind I had never been arrested before and was feeling overwhelmed by the court system and their procedurals. He kept me in the loop and was always there to answer any questions I had. Now today: I always thought I would have an F show up on my background checks and after inquiring online I found that to be true. But after reading my plea agreement I noticed something I hadn't noticed before. John had secured my right to petition the court to not only reduce my F to a misdemeanor but also negotiated to have my charge eligible to be set aside which greatly increased my chances for gainful employment. Not only was he looking after my now he was also looking after my tomorrow. Needless to say, John Kelly will be my lawyer until (hopefully not) I need him again. Put your trust in this man. He will not let you down.

I can’t think Cliff and Claudia enough for all of the dedication, great communication, and effective follow through on my auto accident case. Even though my daughter and I had a relatively mild to moderate accident, Cliff went above and beyond our expectations.
