I’m giving 5 stars because I’m not sure my outcome would have been as good if I had not hired your team. I was t-boned and hurt really bad and I have never been in a car accident before so a close friend recommended Kelly Law Team. The entire process was handled for me, I simply had to attend my doctor’s appointments and keep the team updated on my progress. Having it all handled for me in the background while I focused on my recovery was a great peace of mind. The only thing I will mention was that the person working on my case would switch. I think I went through 3 people. Everyone was kind, helpful, and professional but having to explain my situation and status each time was a bit stressful. But even that was manageable and I’m still a very happy client and I’m glad I chose Kelly Law Team. Thank you again for helping me through that difficult time.p

I had two separate times I used their services. The first time was a really messy, 2 year long battle that left me disabled, and I didnt have to lift a FINGER. All my appointments were setup while I was at my visits, they even had my prescriptions delivered to me at home. Long recovery, and LONG battle but these guys carried A LOT of the burden for me and it was extremely helpful. Even called my 60 days after everything was said and done to make sure I was still doing okay. Which coincidentally was 10 minutes after I got t boned in a parking lot. Immediately retained their services again and this time super cut and dry, in and out with 100% of it being handled by them. The rates are also far better than anyone elses - and if it comes down to where they will take more of the settlement, they will change everything so its equal. They also handle the case start to finish in house, not passing it off sublet to another firm like others do. I have since referred many people including family, and have yet to hear anything negative.

I am very thankful that I hired the Kelly Law Team to handle the legal and insurance claims related to my unfortunate and preventable accident injury. And I am very thankful to John Kelly for assigning attorney Clifford Frisbie to handle my case. While I was concentrating on my long, arduous recovery, I had little energy to deal with investigating all the facts of the accident, dealing with the other party and their attorney, interfacing with the adjusters and lawyers working for the insurance companies, and understanding things I needed to know in order to deal with my extensive medical bills. Sifting through the reams of legal documentation and insurance policy fine print in order to understand my rights would have been either impossible or could have taken me years, at best. I would still have all that hanging over me today if it weren't for the care and drive that attorney Cliff Frisbie, lead paralegal Ivette Urzua, and others at the firm put into ensuring every detail was looked into and no stone left unturned so that I would receive fair and just consideration from all parties involved. Throughout the process, Mr. Frisbie endeavored to explain the steps the firm was taking, the cause of any delay in the process, the options I had available to me, and the alternatives and probable consequences of each pending decision. He encouraged me to ask questions and always listened to what I had to say. I truly believe if I had tried to handle things on my own or hired a less experienced and dedicated law practice, I would have medical bills hanging over me the rest of my life. Thanks to the good people at Kelly, I am free of those debts and have some money to take care of any future medical needs if they arise.
