I met Richard a while ago and got his business card. I never thought I would need a lawyer however I needed one for my brother and I called Richard. He sat with us, he explained the charges and process and what he said he would do. He did what he said and so much more. He took every call and every email even on the weekendsI. I personally have not been represented by Rich, but my fiance was just recently. My fiance has 6 prior felonies and was facing a misconduct involving weapons charge as a prohibited possesor. This usually means definite prison time. Which would have destroyed our family. We have a business, a child, and a baby on the way. We shopped around and spoke with numerous attorneys.
