Just listened to a seminar. What an incredible experience!

In my opinion, NEVER use Elizabeth Estes for any estate legal matters. She created a will for a family member, that upon their passing multiple other estate attorneys said was poorly written and implemented. To attempt to address the shortfalls apparently, ‘Libby’ then embarked on a 6 month long unnecessary legal escapade - unnecessary per multiple other estate attorneys. At the end of the harassment filled 6 months, PER OTHER ATTORNEYS IN WRITING, Libby then advised to discard her work - and instead do what I had said in the very first phone call 6 months and $25,000 in legal bills earlier. ‘Libby’ made the unexpected death of my Mom into a living nightmare that ultimately took 13 months to untangle needlessly causing me extensive stress, emotional pain and suffering, and financial hardship. She then attempted to malign me on top of that making false statements about me. In the end I received exactly what my Mom wanted, at a very steep price for what I had been needlessly put through. While I am disabled and underwent multiple surgeries and had approximately $1,000,000 in medical expenses that year and live on $500,000 per year of medication for the complex genetic disease that killed my older brother as well. Libby was well aware and informed of that numerous times but proceeded ahead in the manner she did regardless. Harassment, intimidation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress will NOT BE TOLERATED. ‘Libby’ nor any associate shall NOT contact me at any time, for any reason, by any means. I do NOT recommend Elizabeth Estes for your estate legal needs.

In the Cantor Law Group. I was appointed Andrea and Kendra to help me with my divorce. They work collaboratively as a team with each other and individuals within the law firm to make sure everything that I needed for my divorce was done. They also made sure if anything pertaining to the paperwork change I was fully aware of what was going on. Thank you for everything.

Just had a phone consultation. My impression was that this attorney is very unprepared nearing the point of unprofessionalism. I chose to go another route.
