Even when on opposite sides a legal matter, I found the firm to take a reasonable and business like approach to the legal problem so as to drive the best client outcome and mitigate the expenditure of unnecessary legal fees, if possible. Most recently, I worked with Mr. Jones and Mr. Tarazi (where they represented a corporate debtor) and I was co-counsel (representing the principals of the corporate debtor). The outcome was excellent for each of our respective clients in the face of what promised to develop into highly acrimonious bankruptcy litigation with a corporate creditor who had personal guaranty from its principals. The creditor, the corporate debtor (and its principals) attended a successful mediation and the Ch. 11 case was confirmed without objections.
