This firm is excellent. Dealt with Stephen on an insurance matter where I'd had a totally unreasonable denial. Stephen is a total boss. Really great to work with. Dealt well with me well and I'm not always easy. Handled the case with care. I would have been happy if we won or lost. His demand letter was 100x better than mine. He's great. The insurance company reversed the claim.

i think they should be sued for refusing to represent/defend people or making up excuses why they cant take cases for false advertisement.

I needed Mr. Torgoley’s help with some issues that are probably minor compared to the large federal cases he handles, but I was super happy with how quickly he researched and drafted some documents which resolved my open question in my state. If anyone hires him, ask for his cell. He’ll give it to you, and I’ll be damned if there isn’t something very confidence inspiring about that kind of access. Highly recommended!
