As a mother it's very hard to go a day without seeing your kids. I had to go without seeing my kids on a daily basis for nine months because I accidentally failed to pay child support. We could not be more satisfied with the Law Offices of David Michael Cantor and the services they provided us with. Michael Alarid, III was the lawyer assigned to our case. His sharp set of skills was worth every penny! We were extremely impressed especially in the court room. He had full confidence and control. He was on top of it and he knew every extensive detail about our case. Michael didn't beat around the bush; he kept things very real with us. Everybody at the firm of DM Cantor, from the Administrative Assistant to the top attorneys all the way to the Partners, these professionals were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen, provided all options and really attacked my case from a team perspective. I always felt like I was in the loop, the experience and knowledge these attorney’s had was second to none. The strategy they came up with in defending my case was methodical, consistent and aggressive. There was no waiting around to see what the prosecution was going to do. These amazing attorneys took the offensive, didn’t back down and let the prosecution know they were there to fight. Not only that, but the patience they showed me was appreciated and allowed me to trust them and not worry for months on end waiting for the process to take place. Everything was explained, they were able to make changes on the fly, but considering my case, my past record and the state of the public’s view on police played a major role in getting my first offer of 1.5 years DOC to a misdemeanor charge with no jail time or fines. The plea really was a miracle and like I said, everybody came together to figure out the best course of action. Look, I’ve had attorneys in the past. Some were okay, some lazy, some couldn’t close an elevator door, but these cats know their stuff and will be the law firm I refer everybody to and who I will use if I ever need to in the future. And hey, you want great representation, you gotta pay for it. But it’s worth every penny. No advertising on every billboard or corny commercials with a swing tune matching the last four digits of the phone number. Just solid lawyering and nothing but happy referrals. Overall, just unbelievable. I couldn’t be happier and this firm, as far as I’m concerned, is the best in the SW. They also always had somebody at my court appearances well dressed, very professional and a little swag which we all know is something needed in that environment. Overall, a solid 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. Couldn’t be more impressed or happy with the outcome.
