My husband and I were in a double collision 10 mts ago. When we shared what happened to a family member they referred Negrete. As soon as we called, Negrete Law sent an associate to the hospital to document the accident. After that they reassured us that they would do their best to help us. We made sure to send all documentation from our medical insurance, car insurance, and hospital to get the best results. Well it was worth the wait! Negrete fought a pretty good fight for us having our medical bills lowered which increased our compensation significantly. Plus our compensation is TAX FREE YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!! We didn’t know what to expect when Gil and his team were referred to us. We had just been in an accident where we were rear-ended pushing my car into my wife’s car and deeming both cars a total loss. We were transported to the hospital with some injuries and while waiting a family member brought up how Gil had helped them through their accident. We called and they showed up within an hour, took down all of our information and got to work. I must say that I was skeptical during this time due to my ignorance of the process and learned to let the experts do what they are paid to do. One thing I can say is store ALL of your documents in a google drive folder that you can keep adding to and make it easy for them to access and just be patient. They will call you as soon as there is an update on you case. When the offers started rolling in we felt they could do better so they went back to work and came back to us with something we we happy with. We received well over what we expected (tax free) just 2 months shy of when the accident took place. I will recommend Negrete Law Firm to anyone moving forward.

Initially I was told great things. That it would take a certain amount of time. Well, cool the time wasn't the issue. The issue was when I never heard from them...maybe I expected to much but I rarely heard from them. When I did hear from them, it was cause I went into the office and asked them face to face. Or somehow contacted them first. I don't believe I should have to come down to their office to find out information on my case. Then and only then did I get a reponse. Don't get me wrong they did probably fight hard in court, but I have no way of knowing that. Finally, when check was issued I got it on the 3rd of April. The check was dated for release the 23rd of the previous month. So, I had to wait for the check even after signing check release form. I dont believe they did an excellent job of keeping me informed on any decisions, where I stood in the case. Meaning how long did they believe the case would take to settle and how strong was the debate on Negretes' law firm. Did they fight hard or settle for less? Ill never know. I wouldnt recommend this law firm for injury lawyers, maybe they are good at other cases. Idk!...

I would recommend using Negrete Law Firm and definitely say Gil is a man of his word when it comes to helping his clients. He made himself available and explained all aspects of my case. I will be back if i ever need their services again
