Brian doesn't talk with his clients and they lie. Run from this place. He set hears with out talking to me and I didn't find out from them I found out the the ICA. He got mad when I asked him to keep me informed about my case and that he was not doing that. Then got mad and didn't send me all of my file when I requested it, when I said I was filing a bar Complaint.

Mr. Weekly represented my vessel in a claim against an employer. The outcome of the case was in my favor, and was I provided remedy . Brian handled everything from start to finish, as I never had to leave my house. Highly recommended

What a HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT use this lawyer. Not only did he stop fighting for me after he was retained and getting a portion of my checks, but he switched me to a different lawyer in the middle of my case. They did not tell me when the hearings were so I couldn’t even be apart of my own case (after I told them I wanted to). Then when my new lawyer quit the firm, I was put back with the Mr. Weekly and not even told about it. I received an email a few days later saying I lost the case (I am an injured front line Covid nurse who’s now unable to work). When I asked to appeal the decision, my lawyer withdrew as my attorney. He promised to fight for me. Initially he said, "as a nurse you take care of everyone else, now let me take care of you." He did not even try. He got his money, hook, line, and sinker, and went on his way. Very unprofessional, heartless, non caring, & disorganized. Please, please find better representation!

I never envisioned myself giving a review of a law firm. One hears so much negative rhetoric about lawyers. I won’t speak of the law community in general but I will say that I found excellent representation through this law firm and Mr. Weekley in particular. He was very responsive to my questions and addressing my concerns and he made me a component part of the process from beginning to end. He was very approachable and was able to break down every part of the process in such a way that a layman can understand. I can’t speak highly enough of the firm, Mr Brian Weekley and his support staff. I would recommend him highly to anyone requiring legal representation.

I don't think there's enough admiration or respect I could put into words to express just how thankful I am for Mr. Weekly.... Being injured on the job is never easy, but when the workers comp insurance company decides that your mental and physical health hold no importance, and you are left mentally and physically broken, but told you can return to work, well that would leave anyone shaken... 18.5 years as a Correctional Officer, just to be left broken because of my career.... Mr. Weekly has gotten me the medical care I should have been afforded in the begin. Mr. Weekly is a very educated lawyer, and ranked highly amongst his peers. He shows empathy and compassion for his clients, but keeps it realistic. He is a hard working, dedicated, capable lawyer. His experience and knowledge handling worker's Comp claims is invaluable to my recovery. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times securing Mr. Weekly's vast knowledge and resources if you have been personally injured on the job. He will fight to get you what you should have already been given, and rest assured he will do everything in his power to make the wrong, right! I have so much appreciation and admiration for Mr. Weekly!

Brain has been helping me with my case for the last for years, I feel bad because from the beginning he said he will only take me on as a client if there is an issue and I haven't had an issue, whenever I wasn't sure what to do I called him and he told me what to do. So like I said i feel bad because he has been helping me but hasn't been paid for helping me for the last four years. It is still early in the process and there has not been much to do as we wait for a response. Before I met Brian I had no idea who to turn to all I knew is I needed help badly.
