My experience with the law offices of David A. Black have been wonderful. I had a bogus case in which I was being accused of something I didn't even have anything to do with and Mr. Black has been there for us the whole time. The communication and integrity of the law firm is above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who needs help fighting a case with diligence and affordability.

David has been my go to attorney since 2011. Honestly I refer to him as a gift from God, my first case was proving my innocence; my word against two officers, had two paid attorneys and a public defender in the first 15 months of the case. I literally contacted the entire white pages criminal defense section, I had an obligation to myself to find the best representation for the sticky situation I found myself in. Odds were stacked against me, yet despite circumstances, fact remained I was wrongfully accused and trial was my only option. Then, I was blessed, I made contact with David and hired him there shortly after. No joke, it took a matter of weeks and my fears of losing my twenties(minimum, plea sat stern at 5-9years, 7.5 presumptive) was put at ease. The outcome was beyond what I saw to be possible prior to connecting with David, class 4 dropped, prison no longer on the table. For obvious reasons, I hired him for my future cases and he continuously obtains an outcome beyond my expectations. David Black, name says it all. First name David like the Magician is magic. And well his last name, well you know Black just sounds like someone you don't want to deal with. Seriously, though. I needed a defense lawyer and it doesn't really matter for what. the deal was I shop online, commercials, made lots of phone calls to attorneys that where from big firm to small, lots. David was the most honest one out there when it came to the money part of hiring him. And was willing to work with me with when it came to that part. Was always easy to deal with and his staff Laura, Steve and Bill were awesome in helping me through this time. And back to the honest part. I was cited with a criminal ticket in a justice court in Maricopa County. David was able to get the prosecutor to change the charge to a civil ticket. We were referred to Mr. Black by a friend who had used his services previously. He was surprisingly helpful about the Arizona court processes, very competitive in his fees and knowledgeable in all aspects of defense. Coming from California, we weren't prepared for the strange traffic laws and various ways that Arizona uses to add points to your license for offenses that in other states do not carry high point penalties that can affect your driver's license. David's knowledge of the Arizona courts, rules and statutes pulled us through a difficult situation and several tickets. Extremely helpful and efficient in resolving several legal matters (both civil and criminal) for us over the past year, we found him to be very accessible to his clients. This took the stress out of preparing for and appearing in court, going to trial, and ultimately achieving a full dismissal of a criminal traffic matter. I was arrested in Mesa and was scared to death. I'd never been in trouble before and had no idea what to do or who to call or even what to expect. After calling a few other offices I tried calling David Black. I was surprised after having gotten only answering services that he actually answered the phone. Within minutes I felt as if I was talking to a friend. He spoke to me without judgement or detachment. He took time out of his busy schedule to talk to me right then and listened to what I had to say. He explained everything step by step, what I could expect, what may happen and what my next steps should or could be, but most of all he helped me relax in the most scary and stressful time in my whole life. I wasn't prepared for something like this to happen as I'm sure no one is but found his fees to be very reasonable and more affordable than most. Graciously, he offers payment plans and never makes anything about the money. He stayed with me step for step through the whole process and didn't ever make me feel like I was being led blindly into anything. I knew what to expect, what would be said, how it would be said every time I had to deal with the court system. He was always available for my questions but working with him I felt comfortable the whole time and didn't have to worry about what to do or what I should be doing because he explained everything in detail the whole time. I can't say how thankful I am that I found Mr. Black. In a searching for a needle in a haystack situation I am lucky that he was there. I recommend him hands down to anyone needing a criminal lawyer for anything not only because of his expertise but his affordability and honest, good nature.
