I came to and called David during the holidays and he was the only attorney to call me back at that time. Given the time of year, I assumed no one would call me back until the New Year. He did. I asked a lot of him for my divorce case, but he delivered on literally everything I needed. If you're reading this and need an attorney, I could not recommend him and Best Law Firm more. Handled everything timely, professionally and made my entire situation easy. Call them. Best Law Firm is named perfectly.

I was seeking legal advice about getting my children full time and went to a pro-bono thing they had in Phoenix and this was where I met David. He was great! Very easy to talk to and very sympathetic to my situation. David was honest and told me what exactly what to expect every step of the way. He was GREAT!!!

I am not sure how to find the right words to describe how positive my experience has been with David Uffens. I have been working with him for over a year and he has absolutely blown away my expectations of how a case like mine would/should be handled. He is by far the most professional, courteous, intelligent attorney who kept pushing for me when it seemed like there was no hope. One thing about David is that He NEVER MISSES A DETAIL. Choosing the right attorney for my family law matter was one of the most important decisions I have ever had to make. I researched numerous lawyers, spoke and met with several, read countless reviews, and even changed attorneys before I ended up at Best Law Firm. I could not have been happier with my decision or the outcome of my case. From my very first consultation, everyone I came in contact with at Best Law Firm went above and beyond to be kind, courteous and helpful - from the owner of the firm (Cynthia Best), to their office coordinator and receptionist, to their billing department. But I am specifically writing this review in regards to the two attorneys I worked with the most - Robbie Hendricks and Stephen Vincent. I also worked with David Uffens and would describe him in the same way. Part of what makes Best Law Firm unique is that they all work together as a team. It has taken me months to write this review, because I wanted to do it adequate justice. I wanted to make sure I found I found the right words to give them all the praise and recognition that they deserve. One of the many qualities that set Robbie and his team apart, was the extra time they took to really get to know my case, and the people that it directly affected - my kids. They genuinely cared and fought endlessly for what mattered most to me - the safety of my children. I had a difficult domestic violence case. Robbie, Stephen and David took the time to comprehensively tell my story to the judge. They also took the time to walk me to my car after court, and made sure I felt physically safe at all times during the trial process. They didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t part of their job description. But they did it all because that’s who they are and they always go the extra mile. Simply put, they are good people and the BEST lawyers. Robbie, Stephen and David always made sure I knew what was going on in my case at all times. They helped me with two very complicated cases. With both cases they made sure I was never left worried or wondering - even if it meant working late to answer my questions with a phone call or an email. They were always there to answer and help, no matter how trivial my question was. I worked with Best Law for over 2 years - during that entire time they made sure I never felt alone in the process. Now that both of my cases are over I would like to say that I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. Two lawyers previously told me I didn’t stand a chance in achieving my desired results. But Robbie and his team fought endlessly for us and they were successful! They put every possible safeguard in place to protect both of my children. Robbie and David helped me achieve highly successful results through meditation in one case as well. There are not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to sing my praises of Robbie, Stephen and David...Highly knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, dedicated, confident, honest, trustworthy, thorough, courteous, genuine, calm, empathetic, encouraging, determined, always responsive...I honestly could go on and on. But I would like to end with stating that Robbie Hendricks and his team were invaluable in helping me get through what was by far the most difficult and stressful time in my life. Now that my cases are behind me I can confidently move forward knowing that my children will have a better future and be protected thanks to Robbie, Stephen and David. I truly cannot recommend Robbie and his team highly enough and I do every chance I get. Robbie, Stephen and David are the only attorneys I would completely trust when my children’s safety and future were at stake! I will always be profoundly grateful that I chose them. It was 100% the best decision for me and my family.

I run several businesses and need a range of legal services on a regular basis. I don't have a lot of time, and need results quick, and David always delivers. I have tasked David with everything from structuring and organizing businesses to developing comprehensive sets of necessary contracts and legal documents (such as non-competes, NDAs, employment contracts), all of which tailored to the specific demands of my businesses. David has always knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations with extremely fast turnaround times. Maybe most importantly, David is pleasant to work with and always communicates effectively. I can email, call, or text him and get an update when I need it, and that's vitally important to me. Five out of five stars -- highly recommend.

David is a true professional. My custody battle was an experience that is every parents worst nightmare. David, co-counsel Bryce, and his entire staff treated my case with empathy, and took the time to explain my options so that we could make the best choice. What I value most is David's honesty and hard work. Any custody battle is an emotional experience, and you need to know you're walking into that courtroom with an attorney you can trust. I trusted David with my family's entire future and my daughter's well-being, and David didn't disappoint. We presented a very strong, one sided case at our final trial that reflects the hard work and dedication David and his staff put into my case. In comparison, David put together a 53 page pretrial statement along with over one thousand pages of evidence with strong supporting evidence and testimony from the Court Appointed Advisor charged with investigating our case. The opposing side had a 7 page pretrial statement, and barely over 100 pages of evidence, with the CAA recommending strong sanctions for their negligent actions and inability to co-parent. The path to our final trial was difficult, and David presented options every step of the way that paid off in the end. I cannot recommend David highly enough. There are a lot of family attorney's that will gladly take your money and work on your case, but when your family's future is on the line the only attorney I would trust is David Uffens!

David consulted with me to help me through my divorce. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, and made the whole thing bearable. With what I was going through, he knew messy divorce and proceedings wouldn't help anyone. He provided sound advice on how to file and talked me down from making any drastic moves against my now ex-wife.

Mr. Uffens has done a great job with any business matters I have referred to him including setting up LLC's, reviewing employment agreements and other contracts.

David provided excellent and timely advice regarding a non-solicitation agreement requested by my new employer. David's suggestions enabled me to negotiate amendments that made the agreement more balanced and protected my own business assets.

I have consulted with David numerous times and each time he has given sound advice. He is detailed and extremely thorough in his research concerning the topic at hand. I would not hesitate to recommend David.
