Speaking from experience. I contacted Belen to help us with an atrocity perpetrated by the crooked DA and his cronies from CA regarding a homicide charge. That is scary. We would have never expected something like this. Only ever had 1 traffic ticket.I had spoken to a couple other attorney after my initial contact with Belen. Precautionary measure as my only concern was for my family and I needed to be certain the attorney we selected understood our situation and would fight with unequivocal ferocity. Belen did exactly that. She found, had shared with and fought with the people necesary to share with them the real information that was sealed and unavailable to anyone accept the prosecutor here in AZ and themselves regarding their unwarranted and unlawful case they filed days long after she was detained here. Belen was able to get the bond that CA denied established, then reduced. Now we can prepare to abolish this fallacy and working toward holding those "law enforcement" personnel responsible for their I'll intent and criminal actions. Update: 11/6 We were struggling with having obtaining the appropriate documents in CA to exonerate a bond in AZ. Thankfully, Belen recognized out struggle and again stepped in to help resolve the issue. Belen is just exception in her understanding of the law, how to convey that understanding in such a manner that those among us who cannot, will before she is done. She is tough and direct, but understanding and patient when necesary. Belen... Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God brought you to us because he knew you could accomplish this momentous task efficiently.

Belen represented my son in an embezzlement charge (which he admitted to doing). Instead of the seven year state prison hanging over him she was able to negotiate a one year county jail sentence (with work furlough) and probation. She was very good to work with from pre-arrest to booking to initial appearance to status update sessions at the court she was always there for us. I highly recommend her for criminal defense.

Jack represented me after being injured in a car accident. I tried to work with the insurance company myself but felt like they were working me over. Once Jack got involved he fought for me until the very end. He fought for a settlement nearly ten times larger than what the company was offering me originally. He negotiated my medical bills down a lot, putting as much money as possible in my pocket. Jack is truly someone who you can trust when it comes down to your justice. Jack Litwak is a very intelligent and forward thinking individual and attorney. I was in a very false charge that Police typically win by default.
