I got some serious charges brought against me and found out soon after that I was grand jury indicted on those charges. I talked to a couple of lawyers and out of all that I talked to, John kelly was the only one that not only answered the phone directly without going through a bunch of different channels, but he also took the time to listen and was the only one who told me he could get me probation. All the other lawyers I talked to briefly, or their assistants, said probation probably wasn't an option. John said otherwise. He was so intelligent, he kept me updated and well-informed about what was going on with my case. He set up an amazing character defense and took the time to show the court who I was as a person. I was looking at anywhere from 7-15 years in prison. John got me what was called a non agreement plea, and I got probation with ZERO jail time! He was extremely responsive to every email and phone call, he was compassionate and understanding to my situations. John Kelly is a wonderful attorney, he was informing and always made sure my Fiance knew what was going on with his case, We retained John when my Fiance was first arrested and in county jail, John made sure to visit him every week just to let him know that he wasn't forgotten and was working hard on his case. John was able to lower my Fiances bail from an extreme amount to a much reasonable amount. He always answered the phone or got back to us as soon as he could, and answered every question to the best of his knowledge. John Kelly is extremely intelligent, compassionate, and understanding. They were even denying my Fiances right to council, and John Kelly did everything he could to get that right back for him, and he was very successful. Without John my Fiance would've been incarcerated for a very very long time, and John was able to get him less than 1/4 of what he was originally looking at. Not to mention he also was able to work on my Fiances personal injury case as well.
