I called this firm about a serious legal problem and was first referred (by receptionist) to Attorney Robert Feinberg. I called his office multiple times and left messages, and he never bothered to even return my call. I called back the receptionist again, and this time she referred me to Attorney Rachael Pugel. I spoke with her briefly, and she indicated she would review my matter and call me back as soon as possible to let me know if she could assist with my legal claim. I never heard back from her after several weeks. I left voice mails and sent an email - absolutely no response. For a large firm with a solid reputation, this was extremely disappointing to me and my family (my father is a 100% disabled war veteran, and this matter seriously impacts all of us). I certainly expected more but was sadly disappointed.

Jennifer Catero is a fine lawyer but she is not following procedure. She knows the law and will not follow it. Excuse after excuse she will not meet with me. For $650 an hour I expect more from a lawyer.

Unbelievably helpful in the wake of my car accident. My attorney was regularly in contact to keep me up to date with all of the moving parts in my case. All I had to do was provide the paperwork as I received it and they took care of managing the rest to see all bills were seen to and in the end, I got more than I expected in my settlement. any action on our part was tended to as quickly as possible, leaving the only delays on the part of outside parties. I would absolutely turn to them again and suggest going to them following an auto accident
