Brian is the greatest lawyer in the state of Arizona. Most affordable prices compared to lawyers who over charge you for the same services offered at higher rates. You have to be out of your mind to not hire Brian given his amazing affordable prices that shatter what other lawyers offer at a more expensive price.

Attorney Brian D. Sloan was able to answer all my questions and doubts in full pertaining to my case. He was able to reassure me of the outcomes that were most likely to occur, and was able to get me the best deal possible as compared to others who went with different attorneys. Apart from this, he provided information and a structured plan that helped guide me throughout the whole DUI process. There was no gimmicks with his price and quality of service. I recommend Attorney Brian D. Sloan for anyone who is in need of his services.

I hired Brian after meeting with and talking to a few other defense attorneys. I was nervous to go with a DUI specific lawyer that was cheaper because I didn’t want to make the choice based on cost alone - I wanted the best possible outcome for my case but also knew that I had a lot of expenses coming my way regardless. Each of the other attorneys I spoke to wanted almost twice as much up front. I am extremely happy with my decision to hire Brian. He is definitely all business via phone and email but I actually prefer that. He was up front about his opinion on my case and made the suggestion not to go to trial once he was able to negotiate a plea deal that we were both extremely happy with. He was always responsive and answered any question I had almost immediately. I won't be hiring him again because I won't be getting another DUI, but I would recommend him to anyone else in the same situation.

I was recommended to Brian by a person he had been a lawyer for, when I met him I was surprised and relieved to know/see that all these great things that were said about him were true! Mr. Sloan was honest throughout the consultation, never scared me into getting him as my lawyer (which had happened many times with different lawyers until I met him) he explained step by step on how my case would go and the reasons as to why they would/might go a certain way. He would keep me updated of any changes or dates. He is easy to get in touch with in case one might have any questions, quick to respond back to text or emails!
