I had such a good experience with David for my OOP hearing, that I got the team back together, for the DV hearing, and he performed as expected. I wish I could bring him into family court, not having the same experience with my family court attorney. David is aggressive, has a wealth of knowledge, and is extremely passionate, in his pursuit for justice. David has a tremendous court presence, and he knows exactly what to say, and when to say it. In court David controlled my behavior, and kept me in check in spite of the emotional roller coaster I was on. David made me feel very comfortable in trusting him with my case. I hope I never find myself in need of a criminal attorney again, but if I do David Black is my first call. Highly recommended Update: After watching other attorneys at work, and their courtroom saavy. I must admit that David definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I have since requested that David consider family law, so he can handle my case with the professionalism, and passion that it is warranted. Unlike other attorneys David truly cares about the outcome for his clients, and is NOt just going through the motions. 8 STARS

Do not bother calling!! They do not care to listen to your needs they quoted me before I told them what I was looking to do! David Maletta is the attorney I spoke with today. Horrible service! Please research and educate yourself before you call this office. You will be taken advantage of.

I had contacted David about my case and had actually spoke to other attorneys prior to him. He was different from all the attorneys I had spoken to prior. His honesty and sincerity was what impressed me the most. In my case he told me I really didn't even need an attorney though having an attorney would definitely make things easier. If I had the money he I would have hired him in a heartbeat! I also had friends that have hired him for cases and have been told that this is the guy to go to.

I will forever be thankful and blessed to have hired David and Bill to represent me. I got myself in a very bad situation in Arizona, having no family out there I decided to move back home to California. I had to have legal representation in Arizona to save me from getting convicted of a very seriouse misdemeanor. Unfortunately my arrest led to more seriouse immigration consequenses. The outcome of my criminal case would decide my future fate. I traveled back to Arizona to meet David and Bill, It was the best decision I could of made. I recently contacted mr. Michael Canton office in hopes of possibly retaining an attorney to help with my brothers legal matters. Once i calling this firm the woman who answered the phone asked me for my name and my brother name. then she proceeded to tell me about an appointment that was made for the tenth of February I then proceeded to explain the situation to her as to why he couldn't make the appointment due to not being in the state and why he was currently unable to make it himself when she cuts me off and transferred me to an attorney named David whom was very short with me as well almost like stonewalling me and refusing to give me any form of legal help or advice and when I proceeded to ask how much for his service still wouldn't tell me anything other we can go to the jail and talk to him but it's gonna cost you 2,500 and when I asked overall cost he wouldnt even give a ball park number so I said 25,000 30,000 he finally said way more then that and at this time I ended the phone call if you ask me these people are rude none considering and just a flat out joke all about profit

I was facing 3 serious misdemeanor charges. William fought hard for me and got my case dropped. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of David A. Black to anyone. This law office takes their cases seriously and treats their clients with respect. Forget the rest got with the best! If it weren't for them I would be facing a criminal damage, making a false statement, and domestic violence charge. They saved me and I thank them for all their hard work. The best criminal defense firm in the state of Arizona. Mr. Cantor and all the lawyers in this office are incredible. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the law and extremely aggressive. This firm is very impressive in the results they obtain and how they treat clients.

My family and I sought out the help of Mr. David Black when a family member of ours (I'll call him Jr. for the sake of privacy) found himself in some serious trouble, with numerous criminal charges pinned against him. Initially, Jr.'s very own public defender was confident he was looking to serve the minimum of 25 years. The very first judge he stood before was very strict she and told the prosecution his charges would get him 50 years in prison. And that was almost his fate, with only one court date left until the judge made her decision, that is, until we, his family, decided to help him seek out new representation. We knew that with his public defender there wasn't a chance of freedom for at least a quarter century, so we researched the internet, made many phone calls, and finally came across a lawyer who listened, was sympathetic, and actively wanted to help and get started right away. He took the case at a moment's notice, and if he hadn't done that, Jr. would still be in prison today. Because of Mr. David Black, Jr.'s sentence was a maximum of 2 years total with a plea. If he'd gone to trial he was looking at a minimum of 7 years had he lost. The prosecution was strong because of details in the case and the criminal charges against Jr. Mr. Black briefed us via phone and at every court appearance we made, he always kept us updated with the case and the options he presented to Jr. His is exemplary in his profession, his care, and in his follow through to really be there for his client and their family. He even went out of his way to facilitate and tend to other non-related personal matters for Jr. He was a true blessing. If ever you're seeking a lawyer to trust, someone to really be by your side and give you the best outcome possible, Mr. David Black is that lawyer.

Handled case very well and got all charges dismissed I would definitely recommend there office to anyone seeking legal counsel .
