i think they should be sued for refusing to represent/defend people or making up excuses why they cant take cases for false advertisement.

I needed Mr. Torgoley’s help with some issues that are probably minor compared to the large federal cases he handles, but I was super happy with how quickly he researched and drafted some documents which resolved my open question in my state. If anyone hires him, ask for his cell. He’ll give it to you, and I’ll be damned if there isn’t something very confidence inspiring about that kind of access. Highly recommended!

I really don’t have lots of litigation need right now, which probably disappoints Shah (he denies this), but still I like his guidance. The thought he has put into my concerns well before litigation ever pops up is the best evidence to believe in his abilities should they become necessary.

I have known Shah for many years through social connections. Since first meeting him, I have moved many times to complete medical school, residency, fellowships, and my first attending physician role! He's been a rock-steady, well-informed, and readily available legal source whenever I've needed guidance. I have never needed his help defending an actual state, or federal(!), case, but I would for sure hire him if so. He is right at home in this world and I definitely am not!!
