Max represented me in a divorce from my husband of 33 years. My occasion for retaining John Kelly was shameful - I had been arrested for DUI not while driving but while parked trying to sleep it off (an irrelevant distinction in AZ). The fact that he was the first lawyer I called was dumb luck. He used to be a prosecutor and therefore knew not only the protocol for my kind of case but also the players involved. Beyond that, however, John handled my case with the kind of care and attention that money can't buy. This was my first ever scrape with the law, so I was plenty worried. Due to my job situation, timing of the finale to my case was critical. John managed my case perfectly. He also quoted a flat fee and handled my case within the parameters of that. In hindsight, I can't think of anything he could/should have done differently. I would retain John for any kind of legal matter that he handles. His knowledge of the law and procedure, and his 'people skills', are excellent.
