El dia de hoy , nov.09 2024, y despues de solamente 8 meses mi esposa y yo recibimos con profunda emocion nuestras tarjetas de residentes legales en este pais, tuvimos una espera previa de 23 años realizando nuestros tramites por otro conducto, gracias a Dios y a la asesoria muy eficiente de la Lic.MONICA y su diligente grupo de trabajo tuvimos el tan ansiado exito en este asunto, naturalmente ampliamente recomiendo el bufete de Lic. Monika Sud-Devaraj is the best and very sharp knowledgeable lawyer. She is very thorough. I went to several lawyers and nobody wanted to do my case except their fees. She assured me with so much confidence took my case and we won yayyyy!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I went into my consultation expecting to come out feeling informed, instead I felt belittled and spoked down to. She gave me a lot of attitude and basically left me just as clueless as before the consultation. I’m honestly disappointed and upset that I even had to pay 100 dollars to even speak with her and got left with no good information. I would give zero stars if I could. I hope she figures out how to not be an arrogant know it all and actually help people with their issues

After meeting with 6 other attorneys in regards to my adjustment of status case and not feeling confident about their recommendations a friend told me about Monika Sud-Devaraj. I called to schedule an appointment and met with Monika. After receiving answers to all of my questions I knew she was the attorney I needed for my complicated case. Monika was quick to tell me what the possible outcomes could be. Best case scenario I would receive my green card. Worst-case scenario I'd be denied, she would appeal and would get me my green card. Sure enough, things weren't easy. After an intent to deny Monika used all of her knowledge and filed a motion for my case to be reconsidered and sure enough, I have my green card in hand. I would recommend Monika to anybody looking for an immigration attorney. Her confidence and knowledge helped me get through the long process. She would be in constant communication updating us on the process and reassuring my family and I that we would be ok. Her staff always provided excellent service and were very diligent on providing answers to all of my questions.

Mónica da un pésimo servicio, no se preocupan por tu caso y te culpan por tu caso no te dan soluciones. Yo hice una cita con Roberta y me atiende Mónica una persona prepotente que casi se burla de mi situación me sentí humillado por parte de ella, pero gracias a Dios ya encontré una buena abogada.

No recomiendo a este despacho de abogados de inmigración. Poco profesional, culpan a los clientes de sus fallas, cobran mucho, no contestan las llamadas, no cumplen lo que prometen. Perdí mucho dinero, pero sobre todo mucho tiempo por un error de ellos. Pésima experiencia con este despacho.

I had a unique immigration status, when we we referred to Monika. Despite the lengthy process of my case, and unique nature of the case, Monika was confident through out the process and had a clear vision of the the anticipated end results - as well as alternative options if initial outcomes were not met. She clearly knows her field well, has experience, and appropriate connections throughout the field. I definitely recommend her for others in need of immigration assistance.

I approached Ms. Monika Sud-Devaraj for an immigration case for parents. During the first paid consultation appointment over the telephone I had the following concerns: - Her lack of professionalism: For example, she randomly paused to converse with someone in the background for some other task! - Her lack of knowledge and tendency to misguide: She gave false information such as about in-lieu documentation for the I-130 process and telling us to instead go through an arduous process. - Her lack of amicability: Her overall tone during the consultation was generally disheartening. Hence, I identified a different attorney and approached him with the hope that things may not be as gloomy as Ms. Monika Sud-Devaraj made it appear. The new attorney researched and obtained the right information and that too for no cost! I finally received the right guidance such as what in-lieu documentation can be used for birth certificate for parents born before 1970, etc. Overall, I am surprised that Monika Sud-Devaraj received average-to-high ratings on this website as as immigration attorney. I only approached her because of her ratings here, but my experience proved her incompetent and I wouldn't recommend one approach her for I-130 applications.

I contacted Monika Sud-Devaraj in the year 2009 when I needed to start my VISA transfer process from J1 to H1B. Monika was very exhaustive and guided my employer in correct and legal way to go about documentation. There were times when my employer lost patience as Monika was very persistent on following the right way (which was detailed, authentic, legal, and delayed way) and not to do anything in haste. I got my H1B with ease. There after she started the process of H1B extension and Green Card process. Going by my resume and experience, it was suggested that I should file for Green Card under two different categories (EB1 and EB3), since my case had a strong probability of approval under EB1 as well. I went ahead and decided to apply in both the categories. Fortunately, I was approved in both categories and before I could digest this news; I had Green Card in my hand. My H1B extension is still valid till October 2017, but my family and I already have Green Card in my hand. Thanks to Monika and her competent team (Marina Torres and Marshall G. Whitehead) for suggesting, assisting, and processing all my paper work in getting me Green Card well in time. I STRONGLY recommend Monika Sud-Devaraj. She is meticulous, very competent, reviews every document carefully, prepares each case strategically, and is always available (especially via email) to ease the stress.
