I do not think that anybody would enjoy divorce / separation process, but they made it less painful for me, so I am thankful for that.

Rachel worked with me on a tough case where the other parent was trying very aggressively to cut me out of my daughter's life completely, not to mention get whatever she could out of the divorce settlement. She was invaluable in the courtroom and helped demonstrate clearly that that person's statements were completely false, leading to my being awarded shared legal and 50% physical custody. Since then Rachel has been invaluable in answering questions and helping me maintain my rights in a situation where the other parent is still trying to minimize my involvement, including winning a contempt verdict against that person for her actions. Though I definitely wish my situation were easier, I am always glad that Rachel is on my team to help.
