Ms. Jakobe is hands down the best defense attorney I have ever worked with. Recommended by a friend, Ms. Jakobe took our case without hesitation even with the uphill battle she knew was in-front of her. Her compassion and drive never wavered throughout our entire case. She took personal interest in every facet from personal information about us to insuring our mitigation factors left nothing out. I personally have not been represented by Rich, but my fiance was just recently. My fiance has 6 prior felonies and was facing a misconduct involving weapons charge as a prohibited possesor. This usually means definite prison time. Which would have destroyed our family. We have a business, a child, and a baby on the way. We shopped around and spoke with numerous attorneys. I recently referred Ms. Shah a family friend charged with an extreme DUI.
