My experience with the Barber Law Group was excellent. having little to no knowledge the outcome of my pending criminal charges would be, I was able to set a free consultation with the law group to go over my case and attorney fees in which he was able to accommodate for my budget . One of the charges I was facing was an extreme DUI and had no clue what consequences would be or how it would affect my profession. Bretton helped to reassure me of the steps I needed to follow and what would happen, making my situation at the time less painful and stressful. Bretton ultimately was able to reduce my charges to the minimum of a standard DUI. I was very pleased in how he handled my case and overall outcome. I am certainly glad that we found you and that you took the case on. Richard Gaxiola is the Best! Richard is unquestionably the best attorney and I can say this because of my personal experience. Last December while everybody was celebrating xmas, it was the worst time of my life as I was in the lockup!. I had my family speak to Richard and hire him. He went down that say day to meet me and then began working on my case. He quickly filed a motion to have me out of jail and he was always true to his word. Over a year later, things worked out for me and I never had to do another day in Sheriff's Joe's jail. I will always be grateful to Richard who helped me when we needed it the most!

Navigating the legal system is often a daunting experience and can be quite intimidating to say the least. Mr. Barber has a very pleasant and confident demeanor which made me feel quite at ease about my situation. Richard Gaxiola is truly amazing!!! If you ask me to rate Rich for his attitude, skills and knowledge of the law, I would give him 10/10! He is simply amazing as a lawyer who knows the law and the courtroom. When I was charged, every other lawyer I spoke with told me of how many years I was facing and none of them actually looked up my case or read the police reports I brought to the many meetings. Rich was the only one who sat down with me and my wife and read the reports and offered a strategy telling me that I was presumed innocent and it was his job to ensure my freedoms would be protected.
