Sometime in 2016, I was going through the most unbearable moment in my life. Was at the verge of not only loosing properties but my life as well. All hope lost until God sent Jack my way. Heard my story and accepted to pick up my case. Jack is not cheap so be prepared BUT he won’t rest until your case is won. He won my case. He stood there in my defense. He placed me at ease and made sure justice was served. Advice! Be open and transparent with your case. Thank you Jack. Today, I’m living a life of freedom. Keep up the good work sir.

Jack is a different animal… when faced with a less-than-ideal situation you would be selling yourself short to not call him first. Jack genuinely cares about his clients and his cases, he isn’t in it for the money. I was facing mandatory prison time for aggravated assault and 3 dangerous felony charges. I can honestly say Jack and Richard got me out of prison time, and I walked away a free man with a short time of probation. Would highly recommend using Jack if you are ever in need. He takes a very different approach to what other firms do. From my research and evaluation period, I felt as if I was being sold from other law groups. When I called Jack I felt quite the opposite. First off, he was the one who answered. Larger firms will have a consultant speak with you first before you can speak with the individual who will handle and support you with your case. These firms will then want you to pay right away just to TALK to the person who will represent you. Second, he was extremely realistic and honest. Most firms promised me the world during my evaluation process. While speaking with Jack he told me (essentially), “I’m not here to sell you or promise you what I can do. IF you don’t want to go with me, that’s OK”. Some may say that’s a tactic, but no one else said that? So, for me, it made me feel that he isn’t in it for just the money and that he had the GUTS to potentially have me walk away and continue searching…. He sets proper expectations! Extremely important when someone is representing you. Third, he gets the job done and got me what I wanted. I am thankful for that. Lastly, he was extremely responsive over texts and calls. Was always willing to explain the process to me with great professionalism. Go with Jack. He will go the extra mile.

Being from California where speeding tickets are generally punishiable by just high fines, I beside myself to find that my speeding ticket in AZ, could possibly have me facing jail time, probation and/or a exporbinate fine! Upon finding all that out, I IMMEDIATELY googled "Best traffic defence in AZ" and came across Belen Law Firm. After leaving my info with the gal that answered the phone, I was called back in record time by the firms owner; Ms Belen. She spent probably 30-45 mins (at now charge to me!) listening to my story and explaining what she believed her firm could do for me. I was sold! After retaining the firm, I was hooked up with an extremely competent attorney; Kennth Ward. Kenneth kept me up to date and well informed on how my case was proceeding. Long story cut a tiny bit short, Kenneth was able to bring my case to a conclusion I couldn't image at the start! I cannot recommend this firm enough!!! You will be in amazing hands!

After researching for two weeks, I chose to work with HKM Employment Attorneys and was paired with Shifa Alkhatib. At that time of choosing an attorney, I was very nervous and after talking to two other attorneys and then Shifa with HKM, I finally felt a little more settled with my decisions and only more as time passed. Before even moving forward with the case, Shifa ensured I had all the information up front, all my questions were answered, and everything I needed was done to perfection. (All the while I was dealing with massive PTSD and anxiety, in which I cannot begin to speak enough on how incredibly she handled me during such a hard time in my life, if not the hardest). I'd never dealt with anything before, like the issues I'd faced with this employer.. Shifa Alkhatib made me feel as though she truly had my best interest at heart. She understood what I was trying to accomplish, explaining everything along the way in full detail (which was very important to me as a VERY detail oriented person). I never had to wait to be contacted, she was always on the ball, on time and far exceeded what I had ever expected in an attorney, her communication skills far exceeded what I imagined! Now I may have taken the cake for her most difficult case, or close to it... However with the rapport Shifa built with me, the trust, respect (which is my biggest thing) and communication; I was able to finally let go of most of my anxiety surrounding it all, (solely because of my trust in Shifa) and just let it be what it would. She fought with every last legal tactic she had at her disposal, using outside professionals, consulting her partner etc. In the end, the case settled out of court and I could never say enough good things about Shifa and her team at HKM Employment Attorneys! Enough so, that yes, my case may have been her most/more difficult case(s), but regardless, she worked harder than I could've ever asked for or imagined. So yes, after everything was said an done I brought the office some donuts and a card, and Shifa, flowers and card with a thank you gift. Because that's what you do in my book when you're as grateful as I am.
