To whom this may concern, I Jacob Borchers come to you in good faith. A small town boy that grew up in a christian family. My family retains strong moral values, tempered with traditional family beliefs. Where a man is only as good as his word. Knowing nothing in this world is free. If you want it you earn it. I fell short of the grace of god so I thought. Last year 2023 I faced my first legal trouble to date. I searched online for a replicable legal council. Endless hours to find what appeared to be a plausible representative of the courts. This registered state bar attorney reviews were all good. To know avail the deception that followed. Before retaining this attorneys services his sales pitch much like a used car salesman was impeccable. He claimed to be a formal state prosecutor. He described a few high profile cases he was involved with, he shared pictures of him and an institutionalized client of his that killed family. Im not sure why anyone would want to associate with anyone that killed his family but this Attorney was bragging as if he was proud to know this man. This attorney charged me $500 an hour, I paid him $40,000 in monthly payments. From the time of payment. his first court room analogy (defense) metaphorically orchestrated "young bull and a old bull was on top of a hill looking down through the meadow, young bull said to old bull, lets run down their and screw a cow, the old bull said no lets walk down and screw them all" Jason said this implying he will walk all over them in trial, and that his strategy will be to let the state lay their cards down then he will walk all over them so its not a back and forth battle. Well little did I know is this was just a plot for him to make himself appear as if he was working on my case while I was making payments towards the $40,000. The only thing Jason did in court was continuances until he was paid. Once Jason Lamm was paid he completely went 180. Then this attorney manuscripts a three page essay on why I should take a plea for 3.5-7 years in prison, when it was just a month prior before that, BEFORE Jason was paid. Jason said and I quote "They just expect you lay down and take this plea (scoffs), we are running out of resources though so you need to finish your payments" In this three page essay Jason wrote to me he described everything I did wrong as if he was the prosecutor for the state and not my lawyer that already knew the facts of my case. I explained everything I told the police, he my attorney used that against me, contacted my victim and sided with the victim and prosecution. My attorney met me and said "I was to say I was in fear of my life" when I discharged the gun. This statement was all prior to the $40,000 payment. Once paid he blatantly said I think you acted out of anger. My attorney only spoke to the district attorney inviting her to a brunch (coffee date) the District Attorney declined the "coffee date" Jason then said the response was "if you want to talk we can talk through email, thank you." This so called Defense Attorney rolled his eyes conveying the message to me. With no conscience, to no avail he affords no plausible resolution. This real life synopsis of Ineffective assistance of council State Bar Attorney Jason Lamm is under Judiciary review (probation for State Bar Attorneys) he conveys professional representation. Jason Lamm has violated his very own oath, his commission to the great people of this land, he has fabricated a painted picture (metaphorically) giving you hope all while his ploy, his character intent was money motivated. Mr Jason Lamm, acted outside his official capacity labeled, registered as a state m bar attorney. The difference between my character and intent and Mr Jason Lamm is integrity. On my word I shaked his hand agree to the service cost and fees. Mr Jason Lamm did not live up to his word or his oath of office and commission to the great people of this land.

Jason is an absolute unit. This man knows what he is doing and is the professional of all professionals. I will only use Jason if that situation arises!
