The reason I have access to a computer for anything, is because of Jason Lamm. Do you know how unnerving it is to have federal agents show up? My business works with third party companies and we handle a lot of financial transactions for individuals and companies around the world. While we try to make sure every client we take on is legit, you never know. Well, 'you never know' occurred and I was afraid of losing everything. I didn't realize it at the time, but Jason is a former computer/cyber crimes prosecutor. The things he was able to do to completely destroy the allegations, were like watching a Jason Bourne movie. If you're ever in the uncomfortable position of needing a defense attorney, there is no one better than Jason Lamm. Sadly, I found myself in the unfortunate position of being charged with a felony. Was it legit? No, but doesn't everyone say that? This involved someone making false accusations in a domestic situation. Never underestimate the power of a crying female when the police arrive. Initially I was assigned a public defender and after about 10 minutes I knew I was going to be in BIG TROUBLE if this person was the only thing standing between freedom and incarceration. Luckily, I was able to get in touch with Jason and told him what was going on. He IMMEDIATELY talked me off the ledge and put me at ease. Once he was on my case, he punched so many holes in the charges it looked like the backdrop of a dart board. When all was said and done, the criminal charges were dismissed thanks to Jason's contacts and reputation as a highly skilled litigator. There is NO WAY I would have gotten this outcome with a less experienced defense attorney. DO NOT HESITATE to hire Jason.
