Jason was absolutely incredible in taking my case and reaching an outcome I could live with. Jason immediately could see the case against me was abhorrent to say the least. Jason immediately defended me and put the police and the prosecutor on their heels and that is where they remained until the case was handled. Jason fought the fight for me as if he was defending me. Not once did I ever feel like i was a client. Jason treated me like a brother and went to bat playing chess while the police and the prosecutor were playing checkers. One thing I liked about Jason is he did not candy coat or beat around the bush, he told you things as they were. But before I could even think of a response Jason was already 20 steps ahead with an appropriate coarse of action. Jason never lost his cool in court and was appropriately aggressive when he needed to be. I never in my entire life would have thought I would be charged with a crime, yet here I was. Reached out to Jason on a Sunday evening after having a minor panic attack regarding a case, not only did he respond but followed up throughout the evening, explained as much as possible, helped calm us down etc. On Monday he reached out to prosecutors and Tuesday met with me in person and gave me the whole run down. We now have a plan moving forward and I am not stressed at all. I have never met a lawyer this nice and genuinely helpful. Jason was a big help with being able to find the right judge for my case. I was always able to get in contact with him or his assistant easily, even when incarcerated..... He is a straight up guy and doesn't beat around the bush which I think is important and needed in this profession.
