Saved my life.

When I first met Jason, he met after normal business hours. I was in a panic, we met a restaurant and he helped calm me down and discussed positive outcomes, informing me what took place was not the end of the world. Jason put forth a defense that served to be the best outcome. What is great about Jason, even to this day I can call on him for consultation, he never hesitates in answering me promptly.

I get it, you are possibly scared for the future, filled with anxiety and confused. You are having trouble deciphering where to go and who to turn to. Lucky for you though if you made it this far you are in the right place. With everything that comes that is so unexpected and uncontrolled from the judicial system, your attorney shouldn’t be one. Jason was a pleasure to work with and handled my case professionally. Jason answered my call when I first called him. It was evening hours and I knew then he was the attorney for me. His assistant Kathryn was very helpful when I called the office. I had the pleasure meeting his twins as well. Jason is the one you want when it comes to the law.

My experience with Jason was great! He's very knowledgeable and experienced. If you need further evidence, just google his name. I had two (2) misdemeanor cases with an enhancement. My prior two (2) Attorneys were told by the prosecutor for over three (3) years that they would not accept anything less than me pleading guilty and receiving six (6) months in jail, probation, fines, etc, etc. Therefore, I decided to interview a few other Attorneys and find someone that could get the results I needed. After an hour-long consultation with Jason, I knew he was the right guy. He was very upfront and honest about expectations, but also very understanding and compassionate. I immediately hired him and after less than two (2) months, he was able to obtain a plea agreement dismissing one charge and the enhancement and lowering the other charge to a plea bargain resulting in no jail time, no probation, and no fine….nothing! My honest disclaimer: Some people may think that the consultation and retainer costs are a little high, but cheap Attorneys are not very good and good Attorneys are not very cheap. Ask yourself what your freedom is worth. I did, and it was the best decision I made. Trust me, Hire Jason…..you will not regret it!

After being recommended by several friends, I retained Jason Lamm. I needed his help in a legal situation that I had gotten in the middle of. After a very good initial consultation, he agreed to represent me. He and his staff were very good to work with (still are) and in the end the outcome was very good. Am very happy with how things worked out and I still carry his card in my wallet just in case its ever needed in the future!

Though my experience with Jason Lamm was limited to a conference call (one that other attorneys simply would not even return) he was very knowledgeable and well versed with similar cases. If you want a straight shooter (no chaser) attorney with vast experience, I would say you found him.
