Mr. Koplow is not only a brilliant attorney, but a wonderful man! I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Koplow over the last several years and he is unquestionably one of the most intelligent and diligent attorneys I have ever known! Until it happens to your child you can’t imagine what it’s like to find out they have been charged with a crime. I have never been so scared and had no clue what to do. I didn’t know any lawyers. After an exhaustive search (during which I probably drove a few people crazy) we decided to work with Mr. Koplow. He was the only lawyer that I met that actually seemed to care about us. He answered every one of our questions and then answered them again when I forgot I had already asked them before! Most importantly, he got her out of that mess. I have seen Lawrence in trial. Prosecutors fear him, Jurors trust him, and Judges respect him. There is no one better in DUI matters!

A felony DUI almost ruined my life. I was charged with Aggravated DUI. It was really high (over .180). It looked really bad. I knew I was going to prison. Thought I would never see my kid again. Then I found Lawrence through my family. He lived next door to my Uncle. Honestly, I didn't know if he was any good. My family said he was but how would they actually know? It turns out I hit the lawyer lottery. While he would not tell me, I found out he represents a lot of (guess you would say) high end clients and handles cases you see on the news. I am just a regular guy who paints houses. But the treated me like a V.I.P. He gave a sh.t about me. I was more than just a file. That meant alot. When I think about it, if I was convicted and went to prison, I still would have been grateful to Lawrence for how he treated me. And for how hard he worked on my case. But I didn't get convicted. Of anything!! He got the blood test suppressed and my case was dismissed. I didn't get all the science but Lawrence got deep into how the Police tested the blood. He raised something about the timing of the blood draw. We had a hearing at court (in the Central Court building?). After I heard the Woman from DPS testify I was sure we were going to lose. Then, it was Lawrence's turn to question her. He starts hitting her with question after question. She struggled to answer them. He went on for almost an hour (without using any notes). By the time he was done it was obvious this so called "expert, " didn't know what she was talking about. I have never seen anything like it. The Judge threw out the blood test. It gets even crazier. There were other attorneys making the same challenge for their clients. However, they lost. I was the only person that won and got out of a conviction. THANK YOU LAWRENCE!!!! Jason Mausbach.
