Kristen Curry was exceptional at her job and I'm forever thankful to her. My friend was on work release but the jail put him in restriction without visitation or calls for 21 days. He would have been kept in there another month had it not been for Kristen! I wasn't sure if there was a way to get him out but Kristen knew exactly what she was doing. She contacted all the right people and found out exactly what was needed to get him out. She worked with the attorney general and filed and expedited motion with the judge to reinstate his work release. I didn't know how long the process would take and was worried that things wouldn't work out but Kristen would give me regular updates and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. It gave me confidence to know that an experience attorney like Kristen was fighting for my friend. It only took a week and she got the judge to approve the motion! Apparently the jail had switched to a new system to so it was taking a lot longer to process orders from the judge and I was told that sometimes the jail would even lose the paperwork. When the 21 days was almost up I contacted the jail again and they told me the judge's motion wasn't accepted because it lacked certain language. I immediately contacted Kristen, she in turn contacted the work release people, worked out the situation, and the order was accepted without any issues. The 21 days came and my friend got out without any problems! It wouldn't have been possible with Kristen. I had no idea what to do when this whole thing first happened but Kristen knew what she was doing. She was caring, responsive, and helpful the entire time. I would definitely choose Kristen again!

Michael Pearson has assisted my company and my family on numerous occasions. I have yet to find an attorney with greater aviation expertise. He has successfully handled aviation vendor challenges, aircraft pre-buys and FAA issues. In addition, his corporate law knowledge and technical abilities literally saved our company from irreversible damage when we were attacked by unethical investment groups. Mr. Pearson takes the time to know you personally and thoroughly understand and address your needs. If I ever need to walk into arbitration or court he is the only wing-man I want by my side. Michael Pearson handled my case with pure professionalism and really took care of me. He even called me to see how I was doing. Kristen Curry is, and was, wonderful while helping me fight my case. I was detained by Pinal county, had a 2.5m bond put on me, and held in Pinal. While I had the money to pay the bond, the court would not allow it. Kristen eased my fears, calmed me down, and was there for me literally holding my hand while all this unfolded. The alleged crime was non-violent / white collar. I spent almost 6 months in Pinal County while we worked this through the court system. Kristen got me out on a much more reasonable bond, posted by my family members. We traveled back and forth to court from Maricopa on almost a monthly basis. Kristen was always there to meet me, and drive us there. Initially, the court offered me 10 years in prison, no way we did not take it. Then, 5 years. Then 2 years recommendation to the judge. Kristen, along with another attorney, negotiated probation for me. And, I was allowed to finish the probation in another state. I am since then off probation, and me and Kristen still keep in touch. Wonderful person, good friend, and very caring when it comes to her cases and clients.

Nobody really wants to have to hire an attorney but I have had two situations where I needed one. Mike Pearson and his staff helped me and were true professionals and got the job done! Highly recommended.

I encountered some trouble for the first time in my life and needed a great attorney. Upon interviewing six different attorneys, I eventually committed to an attorney I thought would benefit me with the pending hearings I would encounter.
