Brig Cluff and his team were excellent. I had a difficult medical malpractice case and I was extremely please with the way Brig worked the case. I was kept informed, the facts were explained to me, and the entire situation was handled in a very professional manner. Brig is a very kind man and I will be forever grateful that he took my case.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!! Dirty is too good of a word to call them. They're downright skeevy, sleazy, you name it! My (so-called) attorney was in cahoots with the chiropractor that he forced me to use and told me to keep it quiet, on the down low. The chiropractors name in Yuma AZ is Rowlison. My attorney (Haha, what a sad joke to call him that) made me do ALL of the work, he literally did nothing but screw me over. After a few months I was in so much pain and was recieving no relief from the lousy chiropractor, I went to a real dr and discovered that I had a severe bulging disc. That dr placed me on an arthritic medication and on Oxycontin. Yes, the pain was that severe. The chiropractor didn't even recognize that I had sciatica....who doesn't recognize that? He's a quack!!! After seeing the chiro for approximately one week he began pestering me as to when I was going to settle my case. I tried calling my atty repeatedly about him but my calls were never returned. So under so much pressure I began to pay cash for ALL of my appointments. The day that we went to settle my case I asked my atty if he'd recieved all of the copies from radiology, from my dr, and a copy of my MRI's and he sneered to me "you don't have a bulging disc!". I was stunned! Then he scolded me for limping and told me to stop acting like I was in pain. Since I was intense pain that was quite impossible to do. Once the settlement was made my attorney and the chiropractor split the money. I limped away with less than $400! My chiro wasn't owed a dime out of my settlement but that didn't make any difference, as I said, they were crooked. My chiro had billed for a years worth of daily visits, I'd only gone to him 3 times a week for 3 months. And I'd paid cash. On top of everything a few months later I had to have emergency surgery on my spine because I'd lost the use of my right leg. But hey, nothing was truly wrong with me according to my attorney! And now I am on SSD, I've been through 3 spine surgeries because of this, live in severe chronic pain, and I won a whopping $400 for my trouble. Be your own attorney before you hire these crooks! I so wish I'd been up to suing them for malpractice. My hate runs deep for these terrorist scumbags!
