My husband and I are very happy we chose Rafi Law Group to represent us. Our attorney, Bill Kelhoffer and his team did an excellent job; staying long hours, and following every detail to be sure it was right. We ended up getting more dollars than we expected and I would definitely recommend this law group to anyone.

We have received the absolute worst service with the Rafi law group. We have no contact from them regarding updates about our case and they went two months without contacting our insurance company who was seeking to talk to them. They just absolutely refuse to do anything regarding our case. Will never refer them to anyone else for their horrible service.

I only gave 1star because zero was not an option.
They handled an avcident case of mine the absolute worse on returning calls a d treat you like a paycheck not a client.

Rafi should be a little more on top of who he hires for his representatives for his law group.. I never receive a call back when needing to speak to the lawyer handling my case and the operator who has a heavy Indian accents is rude. She referred to my last name as being Spanish under her breath. I have been with them for about 4 months now and no one calls me to let me know the progress. I will not refer anyone to this law group.
