Joel and his team are fierce! They work very hard and they are looking out for your best interest. Joel is a great guy! I could talk to him for hours. Kim is very efficient and the rest of the staff is always friendly.

Joel was amazing. I was informed about everything that was happing. He took my case when no one else would. He and his team had no problem answering questions even when I would repeatedly ask the same questions. He gave me up front answers and his honest opinions about my case. When i didn't understand what was going on they explained in terms I could understand. Most importantly they laughed and joked with me when I really needed to.
