Never again using Maria Jones law firm

I’m sorry but this firm is not recommended for me anymore they not really good professional

After interviewing other lawyers for help with my wife's case we were happy to find Maria Jones Law Firm. We first met with James Winings who was very helpful, gave us a sense of hope and from there we felt we had made the right choice. We also met Karla Salazar when we had more documents to bring in and she was very helpful over the phone and in person. She guided us on preparing our waiver documents and for what's to come. We're still ongoing in my wife's process but we know we have some of the best working with us, this law firm really cares.

No son empaticos con la situación personal de los clientes solo nos ven como un negocio . Mucho cuidado genteeeeee es enserio preguntén y vuelvan a preguntar sobre lo que quieren tramitar o aser porque te dicen una cosa y luego te dicen otra yo ya avía pagado todo y me salieron con otra cosa mejor me retire , cuídense y pregunten mas de una ves porque esta gente abogados , asistentes no ayudan como debe de ser. Paid $1500 and was told to expect a call in a week. No call after 2 weeks so I called them and they said they didn’t even have my name in their system and had no idea where my documents were. Asked for my documents to be returned and a refund They called me after a month to pick up the documents Was told it would take 2 or 3 months. After 3 months I called and they said the refund was never even processed and it would take another 2 or 3 months. Recently got my refund it was $1000 They kept $500 for their service but I never got any type of service. My documents were returned to me exactly how I brought them. Maria Jones Law Firm is like that broke friend that starts acting weird after you let them borrow money 0/10: waste of time energy and money
