I WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND I TRUELY ENJOIN IT

Been a client for 4 years already and it seems everytime I call, the legal assistant is never in the office and can't even return phone calls. I keep getting switched from one legal assistant to another and I don't even get an update on it. Very unprofessional. Only to call and have to speak with a representative that cant give any information or advice but can send a message and give their email, but if they can't legally help with information what do I want their email for instead of the legal assistants email???

i wish i could give them no stars. my mom was a previous client of there's for a criminal case and they did nothing for her. she ended up going to jail for failure to appear because the "law firm" assurred her that she did not need to go to the court date. my mom was himuliated at her work place when the sheriff's came to pick her up. and she works in the medical field. so now my mom has been sitting in jail since april all the while she is sitting there she had once spoken to anyone from this office twice. and i had given her the numbers to call, the numbers that the paralegal "frankie" had given me. and nothing. even after the fact that we cancelled the firm frankie and jeff had tried to say that they hadn't heard from me or my mom, and that my mom hadn't called them which is a lie. frankie even tried to say she tried to get a hold of me numerous times on my cell phone with text, calls and voicemails. another lie. there is so much lack of communication at this law firm and a bunch of liars. my poor mom lost her job because of this "law firms" lack of communication. take your business else where. and now i am having an issue with the refund check. from what i've read this isn't the first time either. what a joke of a firm.
