Legal assistants are no help. You will never meet your attorney. Scheduling is a nightmare. Very disorganized. They sit on your paperwork for months before turning it in. They almost ruined my relatives case. Very judgmental assistants.

I am very disappointed I have an immigration case and all the times I have been their I have not been able to get a clear answer every time I go they tell me different stuff I always talk to an assistant and they say they can’t do anything about it because they only take care of bond hearings....

Worst service ever, i had to deal with this guy erasmo who works for this firm and all the interaction i had was with the phone only, never returned my calls at all even when i left several voicemails explaining i only had 30 days to answer about my inmigration case, horrible service , till this date no explanation as why they couldn’t help me.
If i could give zero stars i would.
