First i have to say WOW! I thought I was the only one getting screwed over with this firm. We hired this firm for my husbands case. well two years later still haven't completed what we initially went in for. We were never asked about previous information as far as my husband background. The lawyers dont do any research of their own. A few days before our appt with immigration we had to figure out another plan for my husband case. Never did they ask for previous documents of any sort. You go to a lawyer wanting legal help and these people asume you should know everything about the case just because it's familiar to them. I got attitude from the "lead assistant" for asking on the status of my husband case. I made it clear to her that I wouldn't be asking so many questions if I got a clear answer in the first place instead of a big run around. And just to get a response for any type of question you have, you'll wait 48 hrs sometimes longer and just hope they aren't bothered with your questions! Save your money go elsewhere! Worst customer service ever!

Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo iciera no son ni profesionales ni tienen palabra esa abogada sólo están robando el dinero tuvimo que cancelar creo al final fue lo mejor nuestro hijo con problema de salud esta abogada enfrente de su empleado nos aseguró nos daría el total de nuestro reembolso según ella cuando fue mi esposo por el cheque estaban descontando $500 mi esposo no quiso aceptar el cheque puesto que ella dijo de regresarian los $2,000.00 en su totalidad nos,estaban aciendo cargos de entrevistas que no pedimos y de otras cosas después de eso nos hablan de su oficina que pasarán a,recoger el cheque con sólo $ 1,700.00 no es mujer de palabra ni profesional estoy conciente de descuento de $150 x cancelación pero no los otro se supone cuando uno va a cancerlar eso es lo único que devieron quitar francamente no la recomiendo pésima abogada falta de palabra cuando ni siquiera icimos nada como para que descuente tanto realmente preferido agarrar el cheque por temor preguntar el por que nos quitaran más de nuestro dinero estar regalando el dinero Dios quiera mucha jente piense 2 veces antes de ir a caer a esa oficina
