I would not recommend Rodrigues, he over charges for his service. My mother went to him months ago and they still haven't send the application she put a down payment to start the process. She always has to be calling them leaving messages to return her call, finally we decided to cancel there services since we did not see any progress and asked for her record. They said we had to pay them more money and until then they would not give any records which I don't understand if they did not send anything out and already had a down payment.

These lawyers are unreliable and apathetic towards any case. While dealing with my case they refused to follow up, ignored my calls, and wouldn’t even bother to listen to evidence I would provide. My voice meant nothing. If you like losing everything that is rightfully yours then I recommend hiring these so called lawyers.

I don't recommend Daniel Rodriguez at all!! For some reason he hates women who's traying to fight for their children's rights (which holds full custody). I came here referred by someone who heard him in the AM radio station and assured that he fights for unfair family cases, but by supporting who??! Man that are not willing to comply with court orders. He's nothing but an unprofessional
and resentful kid (U.S. citizen women traumatized, cause that's what he showed) who's trying to play the roll of a "lawyer" -word that fits too big, for such person.
