Lawyers here are really good when handling your case but are hard to contact

Lost both cases after years of lost time. Didn’t meet Rod Salmi till the day of my disability hearing, didn’t even know me.He really screwed things up.I lost a case I should have won. Same for my industrial case with Richard Taylor. Poor communication This firm even took a $300.00 cut from my industrial checks which wasn’t much . I would not recommend this firm. They are not who they appear to be and will take anything to put money in there pockets.

I've been a customer of this law firm for 9 years now, they do good work. When I call they take car of the issue right away. I would highly recommend this firm.

Rod O. Salmi was my attorney, he fought like a Lion for me in court and prepped me well.. I was very nervous and he calmed my fears. After 6 years of waiting I won my case. This was the first time I used an attorney for Social Security Disability. I want to thank Isis Rodriguez Rod's assistant, from minute 1 she was on the case and was the backbone for me answering all questions and talking to the attorney when needed. She (Isis) is the hardest working Paralegal and very compassionate.. Thank you all Robert

Absolutely unacceptable representation! MK Fowler was my lawyer and refused to work with me on my case. 2 weeks before my hearing I called again so she finally began reading my massive file. She then waited til last minute to submit 500+ pages of new records making the judge mad and postponed my hearing as we were in front of him. MKF was unprepared to present my case history having wasted all our time waiting for new records that were less relevant after 7 years of disability so she never could've proven my onset date! Further she brought a blank disk to hearing and didn't even have my files at hearing. Then later refused to speak with me when I tried to help her prove my onset date. Then she set me up to pay her travel expenses to Prescott for a rescheduled hearing when I had relocated to Flagstaff. Why? Might as well drive to Phoenix! Then she threatened to withdraw if I didn't make that hearing! And that's just what she did. Frankly I'm glad but what a complete and utter failure! So disrespectful and negligent and irresponsible. Avoid this firm if you want to win your case and be treated like a human.

I have been on a roller coaster of pain and emotions, and Tom Whitley has given me peace. Tom and his team are wonderful and i would recommend them to everyone!
